You need to let the customer know step by step what the price will be and do not repair anything until the customer agree to it. Also i didn't received a written out estimate on what it will cost until after the repair.. Very, very bad business. Not happy at all how things turned out. Now I have a very large bill I have to try to pay.

After leaving the car was smoking. I took the car back and the technician immediately worked to resolve the problem. I appreciated them taking the time to resolve the issue.

Told me that it was the catalytic conver. Turned out to the fuel pump. Now I've payed 2500 dollars for the wrong thing.

The only problem I had was when I was driving I did noticed they didn’t secure my hood. So that was the only problem that could’ve have turned out horribly

We went in for a brake fluid flush and they fit us in to do other repairs before closing which they didn’t have to do but did for us anyway and we appreciated them for doing so because it helped us a lot. They explained everything to us as well as showing us and were friendly. They were super cool also.

It looked a slow day, therefore I did not have to wait long at all. The technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The pricing was VERY good and I will definitely use that location in the future.

I was actually traveling on my way to South Carolina and the engine light came out so I pulled into Midas to see if they can do a diagnostic and just before the hot engine light came on so when I took it in, they were able to get me in right away But the job took two days because the diagnostic showed at least three or four things that were wrong with the car I’d like that their best technician worked on my car the whole time and he did a fantastic job. Because my vehicle was taken in at my appointed time & an overall check was done expeditiously. Not much wait time. I like the manager explained the recommendations for future service. They honored the Groupon which saved me money.

It took almost 2 hours for the oil change, and I watched as the guys were standing around talking right by my vehicle for more than 8 to 10 minutes a time not doing anything

It took too long to do the work and I think I still might have problems and I believe the cost of the work was a lil to much

I brought my car in for an oil change. When I picked it up it cut off at the light down the street from Midas. I had to have it towed back after multiple attempts for the associates to get it running. I was told that a battery was needed. When I called to see if it was ready I was told that they would call me back. After I hadn’t heard from them the next day I called and was told they replaced the battery and my engine was knocking. It was NOT knocking prior to me dropping it off. And was not noted on the paperwork. When I picked it up it was so loud I went next door to another shop and found out the engine was blown! That is unacceptable.

If you don’t want to use Groupon because they take along time to pay you all you shouldn’t list with them, 2. I had to pay more for a quart and a half of oil than I did my original Groupon. I was not charged correctly and the associate swore he was right. But if I only pay overage and disposal fees I should have paid around 13 extra dollars not 36! My mom’s car needed tires and the staff took care of everything I needed in a timely manner.

Prices, i spoke clearly to advisor. Told noise brakes was doing. Brake pedal smosh sound like sponge. They charge me 840.00 and still have the smosh sound on brakes.

On Saturday I went in for Road Trip Service and tire icon light on dashboard panel. After completion of service, tire icon light still on. Was told light would go off after driving vehicle. Road Trip planned for Monday. Upon driving Sat&Sun light still on. Necessary to make alternative driving plans for holiday travel. Not a happy camper.

I thought the job would be completed in 30 minutes but they didn’t have the oil filter and the process was over 90 minutes

Only repair shop in my area to repair exhausts and the manager was very great and helpful and the mechanic did a real great job with repiring my exhaust problem with my vehicle!

Don't offer Groupon services saying it will pay for it all only to still charge almost $20 for service. Don't tell people it will take an hour for a simple oil change let alone let it take almost 2 hours like mine did. Don't leave grease all over peoples cars. take the old mileage sticker off instead of putting the new one on top of the old one (it takes 2 seconds).

Your ad for oil change on Groupon is misleading. I didn’t expect to pay more than all other places for an oil change. I shouldn’t have to pay $50 after an $80Discount. That’s unacceptable. It wasn’t explained.

The Oil change price wasnt affordable.

I scheduled my appointment online and never. Received a confirmation for the appointment so I called the store and the guy told me to come in at 2:30 and he would get me on and out. I arrived at 2:15 and wasn’t able to speak to anyone to check in my car until 3:15 because they were dealing with disgruntle customers which is understandable. But then when the technician began working on my car he would take a smoke break between each step and took forever to finish my car. There was one point in my visit where he was doing my tire rotation and I have locking lug nuts it took him 30 mins just to come ask me for my lug nut tool then after he took my tires off my car just sat on the lift for at least an hour while he just sat and did nothing at all I was at the location from 2:15 to 5:00 for an oil change and tire rotation absolutely ridiculous

I scheduled my appointment for 3:00pm. I checked in and was told they were running behnd. I got out a little before 5:00pm just in time for rush out traffic and the rain.

Because I dropped my truck off and everything was explained to me in detail, the price was affordable and they was done in 45 mins.

Bought coupon on Groupon paid for it for oil change in my opinion turned out to just be fraud because I just couldn’t accept it they don’t have an ability to scan it so remove Midas from Groupon or get a scanner for that store on Lem Turner Blvd., Jacksonville, FL

I took truck in for brake work had it done ,after a few weeks heard metal on metal sounds again took back in ,needed need master cylinder and something else can't remember spent over $1600 on those 2 visits and of today still hearing metal on metal when i apply the brakes.

I have been going to the Midas on Lem Turner now for over a yr and with two vehicles I am so happy for their services and prices. Everyone is very nice and even having to wait for a repair I am happy to wait in their waiting area. I would recommend them

Great fast service
